A really nice cafe for some brunch. I have the Scrambled Eggs on toast with Bacon. Cooked as I requested. My partner had the Pancakes, they were also great. Would recommend
We live just round the corner and can’t get enough of this place! Some of the best pastries in Tooting, with a really good and varied menu. Would highly recommend!
Great place, visited a number of times and tried few things from the menu mainly all day Breakfast, corn fritters as well as healthier option like avocado on toast and poached eggs with some mushrooms on side along with a coffee and all were very tasty. Friendly staff, and nice atmosphere. If you prefer vegan menu I believe they have one too. I am not a fan of garlic (intolerance) and spicy food but always manage to find something on the menu. Definitely recommend it if you are in Balham /closer to Tooting Bec Also today I tried pancakes for the first time. Sweet of course but tasty.
Lovely caf, we had the full English and it was great poached eggs cooked perfectly and fancy baked beans, got a sweet treat on the house too!

We’ve been coming to Green Monkey at least weekly ever since we moved to Tooting. It’s always friendly and relaxed, the food and the coffee is always great and they couldn’t be more accommodating for us, our dogs and now our newborn baby. Annie and the team are always so helpful and friendly. A really special place to our family!
So thankful I came across this gem in the heart of Tooting Bec! Rusty was really accommodating even though we came with quite a large group at peak hours, food was absolutely amazing, can definitely tell they go above and beyond with all ingredients. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!
